Spain defeated the lame anti-football of the Italians to move ahead to the Semi-finals of the UEFA Euro 2008 Cup
Cesc Fabregas scored the penalty that sent the Italians home and led Spain to the semifinals of Euro 2008 against Russia. This year, in the UEFA Euro 2008 Cup, what are considered the top teams of the European football had no talent and no football, just flops. France was the living proof, and Italy was the second team.
The Italians had nothing to show in Euro 2008, just the anti-football that they use each time they cannot offer anything else. Read here what for example Antonio Di Natale tried to stop the advance of the Spanish team in the second part of the prolongation against Italy. He was not hurt, nobody had even touched him, and he laid on the floor pretending to be in pain, in order to make the Spanish players to take out the ball for the medics to assist him. Seconds later he was up, playing perfectly. I am glad it was him who missed one of the penalties that lead Italy out of the UEFA Euro Cup 2008.
If all the teams would play like Italy, football will be boring and dirty. The other extreme of Italy is Brazil, good plays, great game, great talents. Italy is cheating, cheating and defense, defense. Luckyly they are not in the Semifinals of the UEFA Euro 2008 Cup.
But not all the teams who are in the Semi-finals deserve to be there. We football fans were expecting the Netherlands to be in the Semi-finals of UEFA Euro 2008 or Portugal. But the Russians defeated the Dutch (with no cheating tactics) and the Portuguese did not defeat the Germans, the other favourite team of Euro 2008.
After two days of rest we will enter into the Semi-finals of the UEFA Euro Cup 2008:
First Euro 2008 Semi-final
- Germany vs Turkey (Basel, 20:45) Wednesday 25th
- Spain vs Russia (Vienna, 20:45) Thursday 26th

Italy play such ugly football... I'm glad they lost.
Euro 2008 is in exciting mode. I think a German loss would make it more thrilling. I supoer Turkey.

Not sure where all this hatred against Italians stems from but you sure did a good job in expressing your prejudices in all your blogs. It's obvious that your intent is to insult Italians. It's your ignorance and loathing that cheats the game of soccer. Try concentrating your comments around admiration, you actually might start feeling good about yourself. I wish the four nations that are left in the competition good luck and for their fans to absorb the energy and pride their teams exhibit on the field.
